  • 1 tablespoon (15g) apple butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon (5g) pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tablespoons (45g) agave or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract

Topping

  • 2 golden Oreos, crushed
  • Vegan whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush Cookies: Blend the golden Oreos in a food processor or blender until they become finely crumbled. Transfer the cookie crumbs to a small bowl to use later as a topping for the mocktail.
