Ingredients

Popcorn Base

  • 6 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 – 10 ounce bag white chocolate melting wafers

Toppings

  • ¼ cup Halloween sprinkles
  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1 bag Cookies & Scream M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Divide Ingredients: Separate the popcorn and miniature marshmallows evenly into two separate bowls to prepare for two different chocolate coatings.
  2. Melt First Half of Chocolate: Place half of the white chocolate melting wafers into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 50% power for 45 seconds, then stir. Repeat heating in short bursts until melted and creamy, ensuring the chocolate does not burn.
  3. Coat First Popcorn Bowl: Pour the melted chocolate over one bowl of popcorn and marshmallows. Stir thoroughly to evenly coat all pieces. Add Halloween sprinkles and gently toss to combine them with the coated popcorn.
  4. Assemble First Portion: Spread this popcorn mixture onto one side of a tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle half of the M&M’s over the top for added color and crunch.
  5. Melt Second Half of Chocolate: Melt the remaining white chocolate wafers using the same microwave method until smooth and creamy.
  6. Coat Second Popcorn Bowl: Pour the melted chocolate into the second bowl of popcorn and marshmallows. Stir well to coat all the pieces evenly.
  7. Add Oreo Crumbs: Slowly add the crushed Oreo cookie crumbs while continuously stirring until the popcorn is fully coated with the crumb mixture, creating a cookie crumb texture.
  8. Assemble Second Portion: Transfer this mixture onto the other side of the parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle the remaining M&M’s over the top to finish the look and add pops of color.
