Ingredients

  • Pinch sea salt

Caramelized Banana

  • 1 banana, halved lengthwise
  • 5 ml coconut oil

  • Fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare Overnight Oats: In a jar, combine cashew milk, gluten-free rolled oats, chopped or shredded zucchini, plant-based protein powder, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well to blend all ingredients thoroughly. Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and flavors.
  2. Caramelize the Banana: In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the coconut oil. Place the banana halves cut side down in the skillet. Cook for several minutes until the banana surface turns golden brown. Flip the banana halves and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until caramelized on the other side. Remove from heat carefully.
